The world can give you all things you want. But lo, beware, it will indeed also serve up all things it, satan, and hell have to offer. You may choose your own vices but the price is the same, no matter how harmless you think the vice is. And the price is your soul, And that is the great deceit. Once satan owns you he will eventually require all vices of you. And if you refuse he will send demons to possess and do his will with your body, which is now his by the contract you made with him. Yes the contract is the same for even the littlest of sins, regardless of what he led you to believe the deal was. For even the littlest of sins is a trojan horse, a trick, a deceit. For all sin is sin and travels together, and is delivered together. When you take one part of satan you take all of satan. For his pinky is as poisoness as his whole arm. There is no safe part or portion of sin that can be consumed or associated with. If you eat part, you eat all. If you are exposed to part, you are exposed to all of it. satan is the same at a glimpse from a distance, as he is face to face sitting in his lap. Pure evil. Pure poison. No matter how he flavors it for you, or hides it from you.]]>
<![CDATA[getting what we want; part 1: 'why didn't God give it to me?']]>Sat, 15 Oct 2011 20:58:03 -0800http://atomicabyss.com/2/post/2011/10/getting-what-we-want-part-1-why-didnt-god-give-it-to-me.htmlWhen things aren't panning out the way we planned and if we are not willing to say 'ok I took the wrong path', we weaken in faith and start to think God doesn't love us. We have to be willing to change paths and adjust, and careful not to get upset and give up; thinking we were denied by God. We can get caught in worldly worries and wonder 'why isn't it working for me'. Sometimes we seek riches for the wrong purpose; we want or ask for things that are out of the will of God.

When you ask God for something that is in His will, He will give it to you. But often not until you are ready for it. It will come in His timeline, and not your timeline. We have to be careful not to expect it when or how we see it. You have to be willing to wait for it or the anxiety will build and tear you apart.
When we ask for something it is usually like a person going to the doctor. We don't actually know what the problem is, but we list our symptoms as something wrong with us. And it is the same with God; He listens to what you ask for but also hears and sees things you aren't aware of, and can understand what is causing your symptoms. We must trust that He will prescribe what is necessary to make us better, and we must be careful not to demand just what we think will take care of our symptoms. We must be willing to submit our overall health and well-being to Him.

So when we ask God to deliver us from something we must be prepared that the deliverance may not be as we imagined it. And He may even tell us that the something we are trying to escape isn't what we thought, and He won't prescribe deliverance but recommend something else.
God will be glad you came to Him, but He can only give you things that will serve His will. What you think you need, and what He knows you need are often not the same. When you seek Gods help you have to accept that the help He gives will be as He sees fit, not as you see fit. You have to surrender your vision to His vision.
It would be like going into a burger king restaurant and trying to order something on mcdonalds' menu. You cannot go to God and order something on the worlds menu. He only serves up things on His menu.

He can provide you with opportunities of/in this world, but only if it is going to serve His heavenly needs. Mostly you have to be open to anything God puts before you or anywhere He places you. Also you must be open and ok with it to be only to serve His needs and/or purpose. You might not see or think there be any benefit, but the benefit might not be for you. And that is true love of God (& true obedience to Him), to serve His needs and not expect Him to serve yours. To be a servant to Him and His children (your bretheren), and not Him to be a servant to you.

If you ask God for your intent you will disappoint yourself, thinking God let you down. If you ask God for His intent and accept it, He will not disappoint you and you will not let Him down. And He will lift you up.

<![CDATA[Blood cult?]]>Fri, 07 Oct 2011 10:46:57 -0800http://atomicabyss.com/2/post/2011/10/blood-cult-is-christianity-evil.htmlWhat kind of person would wash in the blood of Gods son, or anyone or thing for that matter. Or who if a family member was murdered, would wear an emblem of the murder weapon used or keep a picture of the murder scene. "Thou shalt make no graven image". But yet people proclaim to love and adore Jesus, and claim Him not only to be Gods son but also God Himself incarnate. And they are blind to the fact that they worship His death, and find joy in His blood. Certainly one would hope that the majority of followers are merely deceived. Because the absolute gruesomeness of it all is frightening.
It is all centered around the old religion of blood sacrifice that believed sin could be covered by the blood of animals offered in a temple or wherever. And the desire to buy their way into some so-called heaven. The mentality comes down to wanting a guarantee of passage to heaven or paradise. Surely a God of good would not reward blood worship with anything, but that is another story. This mentality comes down to freeloading basically. They do not truly believe they can leave sin behind, or deep down simply do not want to, or perhaps are holding onto a desire for it down the road. But...just in case there is a God, they do not want to be left out. It is like some sort of insurance policy to them to hold a trump card. Or sometimes they turn it the other way and claim they were bought by God. As if God of good would require someone to murder His own son (or technically in this case Himself) as a deal for passage into His kingdom. Anyone with the slightest bit of consiousness can see that it would be a devil or god of evil that would call for the death of a prophet or Gods very son. What kind of heaven (land of heathen?) would this be where the admission price is murder?

Jesus clearly stated in a parable that they would recognize Him as the Son of God, and would seek to kill Him to seize upon His inheritance. Is this what this blood cult truly believes; that if they show up at heavens gate and proclaim to God "we have your son on a cross you better let us in". "ha ha, you have no son to leave your kingdom to now, so you might as well give it to us". Do they think they can wave Jesus in Gods face as ransom? Well they do indeed use the very terminology.

Their have been cults of ancient also that believed drinking the blood of your enemy made you stronger. Or things to that affect anyway. And also the eating of flesh existed. This blood cult claims that simulated drinking of Jesus' blood is in 'remembrance' of His death, but the original drinking of that crucified bodies blood was real. And its purpose was pure evil believing that they would become Gods themselves by drinking His blood. The absolute insanity of a modern day person to actually believe an instruction from men that simulated or symbolic drinking of blood and eating flesh is a good thing.

It is difficult to understand how one could be comforted at the sight of a beloved prophet on a cross. Or to speak of washing in that prophet's blood, drinking His blood, and eating His flesh. To worship the death of a prophet, or Gods son, more than His life. Who's side are these people on? A clear headed person would have to believe satan. And that these people are misled into a perverse and evil culture of madness which is disguised, and hidden in a confusion of words with endless translations, interpretations and deceits.

How can one be so blind as to actually go along with such a cult. Some be good people just blind. But others be of low character that simply like the concepts of a free ride, not having to worry if they should want to sin again sometime in the future, and simply just hanging out and giving God a few shout-outs of praise. But not really being required to get off their behind and serve God with works good and worthy of His name.

This is a lengthy subject, and to keep it fresh we will come back to it in another post and probably touch on it in some other posts also.

Until then remember: There is good, there is evil......Choose

<![CDATA[Free will; or unchangable choice]]>Tue, 20 Sep 2011 11:53:26 -0800http://atomicabyss.com/2/post/2011/09/first-post.htmlThere is good there is evil.....Choose.
What more can one need to know. What more can one want to know. It has been said The true measure of a man is what he will do when no one is looking or he is sure he can get away with it. But the true measure of a man is what he would do even if he knew he was going to hell regardless of what he did. Do you choose to do good because it is what you do, and what you choose. And it is just your nature to dislike evil, and refrain from it, and run from it, because it is against your nature. Or do you do good because you think it is something you are supposed to do, or should do just in case. Or think it is part of a religious sects nature or requirement.
If you are faced with a choice of good or evil do you need to ask God what you should do?, or a religious leader what God requires? If you have to ask then you are blind, and if you can not tell the difference no religion or man can remove the veil from your eyes by telling you which is right or wrong. You will only be obeying the word of a man. And not following the good nature of a child of God. Just as a young child knows good and bad, and has the sense to understand and fear before puberty (or the birth of sin). That is a deep subject that will be covered later. Suffice for now, there is good there is evil....Choose.
